Strategic Command 2: Weapons and Warfare

This patch includes game-engine changes, bug fixes, and more to Strategic Command 2, Weapons and Warfare, an expansion to Strategic Command 2: Blitzkrieg that features a bigger world map, new units, naval movement and combat rules. Read the readme for details.

What is new in this release:

• Fixed a unit mode TCP/IP replay error.
• Fixed an AI research development bug.
• Fixed an email replay error.
• Fixed an HQ build list error that would incorrectly show a rating of 0 for previously destroyed HQs.
